Hello! I’m Erin, and I actively manage my anxiety with self-talk, exercise, deep breathing and… FOOD. I started this blog as a way to keep track of my research on foods that can help reduce stress and anxiety. The recipes I post here use as many “helpful” food ingredients as possible. I’m sharing my research & recipes in hopes of inspiring others with anxiety to eat strategically.
